What to do to return a purchased part?

If a part ordered from us does not fit or you no longer like it, you can of course return it to us. If the item is in mint condition, we will refund you the full item price within our cancellation period.

Follow these steps to return an item:

  1. Please go to https://rogx.de/Return to download your DHL return label or DHL QR code.
  2. Go to a DHL parcel store, drop off the item and show the QR code. The postal employee will do the rest for you.
  3. Alternatively, you can print out the DHL returns label and stick it on your parcel. You can hand in the finished labelled parcel at any DHL branch or to any DHL employee.
